I started personal training because I have a passion for health and wellness. I have been overweight, as well as underweight. Both affected my self esteem causing depression at some points. Five years ago I reached my limit with being overweight or underweight and did a full 180. Working out and changing my eating patterns increased my energy levels dramatically. My self image improved. I became a personal trainer so I could help other people improve their lives with fitness just like I did. If I didn't have bills to pay I would provide my personal training services for free because it's my passion. I love helping others to reach beyond what they thought possible.
